Returns and Warranty

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
 

Returns:
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cleaning sponges and opened consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.
 

Warranty:
Your HiveScope device is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
